Getting to Canada - You Will Need A Passport!
For those traveling by air:
We recommend flying into Toronto, Ontario (YYZ) or Buffalo, New York (BUF). If you fly into either of these two cities, you can tour that area before heading to Kitchener-Waterloo for the wedding festivities.
The main airport in Toronto is Pearson International Airport. Buffalo’s main airport is Buffalo International Airport. There is also a small secondary airport in Buffalo/Niagara Falls that Allegiant flies into from Orlando/Sanford.
Toronto’s airport is an hour and a half from Kitchener-Waterloo. The Buffalo/Niagara Falls airport is two and a half hours from Kitchener-Waterloo.
For those traveling by car:
Kitchener-Waterloo is six hours from Rochester, Indiana.

We have two room blocks available. The first is at The Walper Hotel in downtown Kitchener. This hotel is ten minutes from the venue. We have the block for Friday June 12, 2020 and Saturday June 13, 2020.

The second room block is at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in St. Jacobs. This hotel is ten minutes to the venue. We have the room block on Friday June 12, 2020 and Saturday June 13, 2020.
The block is is for the King Studio Room. If you need a different room type you can call the hotel directly to book under the block.
